3. Protection of Children's Data (India DPDP Act Alignment)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and its notified Rules (enforceable May 2027), any individual under the age of 18 is classified as a child. Telique EdTech adheres to the following principles:

• Verifiable Parental Consent: School deployments and student access accounts require institutional authorization and verifiable parental/guardian consent prior to processing educational telemetry.
• No Behavioral Profiling or Targeted Advertising: Student assessment data, handwriting scans, and learning records are strictly prohibited from being used for behavioral tracking, targeted advertisements, or commercial monetization.
• Pedagogical Purpose Limitation: Student response data is processed solely for question-paper grading, learning gap diagnostics, and Mistake Notebook generation.
• Zero Public AI Training: Student assessments are never fed into public Large Language Model training corpuses.

4. Data Collected & Institutional Usage

We collect information provided directly by schools, teachers, and parents, including:

• Academic evaluation metadata (grades, subjects, exam blueprints, question papers).
• Student response submissions (typed inputs and scanned handwritten examination papers for OCR scoring).

5. Domestic Storage & Sovereign Data Security

All institutional and student data is stored within sovereign cloud servers situated in India. We enforce multi-tenant isolation so that data belonging to one school institution is cryptographically segregated from all others.
