Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Corporate Entity & Scope

This policy applies to commercial and institutional transactions entered into with Telique EdTech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), including software licenses for our flagship platform, SmartPrep CBSE.

2. Institutional School Contracts (B2B)

SmartPrep CBSE is licensed to schools on an annual institutional basis billed per student per academic year. Cancellation and refund terms for schools are governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or executed Purchase Order.

• Trial / Pilot Programs: Schools participating in approved pilot evaluation periods may terminate before commercial license commencement with zero financial obligation.
• Annual Licenses: Once a commercial academic year deployment is active and student seats are provisioned, licenses are non-refundable for the duration of the contracted term, except where explicitly specified in the bilateral contract.

3. Service Availability & Performance Remedy

In the unlikely event of persistent platform downtime or material failure to meet contracted service level objectives that is not cured within the agreed contractual cure window, partner institutions shall be entitled to remedies or pro-rata credits as established in their signed Master Services Agreement.
