1. Acceptance of Terms & Operating Entity
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Telique EdTech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us") and the participating educational institution, school, tutor, or parent ("Subscriber", "you").
2. B2B Institutional Deployments (SmartPrep CBSE)
Telique EdTech licenses its flagship software platform, SmartPrep CBSE (accessible at https://smartprepcbse.com), directly to CBSE-affiliated schools under tailored annual institutional partner agreements.
- License Grant: The Company grants the school a non-exclusive, non-transferable institutional license to utilize the platform for curriculum question paper generation, handwritten assessment evaluation, and diagnostic remediation across authorized grade tiers (Classes 1–12).
- Teacher-in-the-Loop Authority: All automated grading outputs and diagnostic rubrics provided by the platform are evaluative aids. Teachers and school coordinators retain ultimate professional discretion over marks assigned.
3. Commercial Billing & License Inquiries
Commercial licensing fees are established solely via formal enterprise proposals and executed institutional contracts. Telique EdTech does not publish fixed off-the-shelf retail fees on this corporate portal. All pricing requests are routed through verified partner demonstrations and customized pilot agreements.
4. Intellectual Property & Curriculum Materials
The proprietary software, OCR evaluation models, algorithmic question generation engines, and design systems of Telique EdTech and SmartPrep CBSE remain the exclusive intellectual property of Telique EdTech Private Limited. School-specific custom examination materials uploaded by authorized faculty remain the property of the respective school.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
